Because we offer edible products, all food items cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your culinary order, please email us with your issue and send a picture of your problem if, applicable.

For travel services, each of your destinations may charge an up-front deposit fee upon booking, however, most places will refund you most of your money back upon cancellation of your reservation if it is within a reasonable time frame from your date of travel. Cancellation times vary depending upon what is booked. You will be given this time frame upon booking for your knowledge.
